Heart Princess

A VISIT FROM DEATH

At 1 week old, my heart stopped. When I arrived at the hospital, I'd been dead for over 40 minutes. My parents insisted I be resuscitated anyway. Against all odds, I was revived & stabilized.

I qualified for a brand new cardiac procedure, but my chance of surviving it was slim to none. Even if I did survive, doctors predicted a grim prognosis. I'd simply been dead far too long.

(SPOILER ALERT: God had other plans!)

Dubbed "The Miracle Baby" by local press, I later became the "Princess" of the American Heart Association, in Blackstone Valley, Ma. Looking back, I'm mystified & humbled by the many miracles I've experienced. I pray that my strange story glorifies God and leads others to Him.
